‘Worst Behavior’ Flow
A Beg/Int Low Static Flow || This tutorial features a flow with modifications to suit beginner and intermediate movers. Please note that the demo you’ll see at the beginning is our Intermediate variation! Simpler modifications will be provided throughout.

1. Start this progression at regular speed, and as you go I’d like you to move more and more slowly. Freestyle until you are totally still
