Use this progression as a starting point for a freestyle using the following prompt: gaze 

Choose a fixed point (or) a person to maintain eye contact with while you move through this flow and into your freestyle. Does this change the experience as a mover? As an audience member?

Use this progression as a starting point for a freestyle using the following prompt: loops

We end this flow seated at the base of the pole. You can go wherever you’d like from here but whatever you do I’d like you to loop it.. aka REPEAT it over and over again. Even if it’s simply repeating our sequence over and over again :) Do you find new ways into the same loop? Out of the loop? Does the loop start to blossom into something new?
